P. ioessa Perennial. 10
to 30 cm. Steno-obong, oblanceolate or
spoonform leaf. Terminal umbel, 2 to 3 or
more flowers; campanulate corolla, 2 to
2.5 cm long, the diameter of limb: 2 to
2.5 cm, pink or blue-violet, July to Aug.
Cold, mosture and light tendency. Tibetan
endemic. Southeast Tibet. 3600 to 4000 m,
barren.
