A BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF DAOYINYANGSHENGGONG

Daoyinyangshenggong (guiding and inducing exercise for promoting health) is a dynamic exercise of the channels and collaterals, which is centered upon conception-guided, deep and smooth breathing. and closely links self-adjustment, dialectical treatment and doing exercises according to the diseases. It includes 32 sets exercises of standing and sitting postures. They are Shuxinpingxuegong (exercise of promoting heart function and smoothing blood circulation) and Zuoshiqiangxingong (sitting exercise of strengthening heart function) to prevent and cure diseases of cardiovascular system; Yiqiyangfeigong(, (exercise of replenishing the vital energy and nourishing the lung) and Zuoshiyangfeigong (sitting exercise of benefiting the lung) to prevent and cure diseases of the respiratory system; Heweijianpigong (exercise of regulating the stomach function and invigorating the spleen) and Zuoshibupigong (sitting exercise of nourishing the spleen) to prevent and cure diseases of the digestive system; Shujinzhuanggugong (exercise of relaxing Muscles and tendons and strengthening the bone) and Zuoshichubigong (sitting exercise of removing rheumatic pains) to prevent and cure diseases of skeletal and muscular movement system; Yuzhenbuyuangong (exercise of nourishing and reproducing, the vital energy of the kidney) and Zuoshigushengong (sitting exercise of consolidating the vital energy of the kidney) to prevent and cure diseases of the reproductive and urinary system; Shuganlidangong (exercise of removing the stagnancy of the liver and benefiting the gallbladder ) and Zuoshibaogangong (sitting exercise of maintaining liver function) to prevent and cure diseases of the liver and gall; Xingnaoningshengong (sitting exercise of enlivening the brain and tranquillizing the nerve) and Zuoshianshengong (sitting exercise of tranquillizing the mind) to prevent and cure diseases of nervous system; 49 forms of Jingluodonggong ( 49 forms of dynamic exercises of the channels and collateraIs ) and Zuoshixingzhigong (sitting exercise of removing obstructions) to help cure the difficult and complicated diseases such as lung and intestinal cancers; Mingmuhuanshigong (exercise of brightening the eyes and restoring the sight) to prevent and cure various eyes diseases; Zuoshicongergong (sitting exercise of sharpening the hearing) to prevent and cure tennitus and deafness; Daoyinbaojiangong (Daoyin exercise for keeping fit) and Zuoshibaojiangong (sitting exercise for keeping fit) (two sets) having the comprehensive, preventive, and curative effects; Jiujiuhuantonggong (99 exercise of restoring youth and energy) having obvious effect of anti-senily, and so on.

 

According to the clinical application, laboratory research and widespread social practice, its effect is 95.01%, among which 73.91% is obviously effective.
